It is close to the metro which is a must when you’re traveling with a baby who needs a lot of things (hence so many luggages needed to be carried)! There are numerous cafes, restaurants and convenience stores around the area. The hotel is one of the most spacious hotels in Tokyo - we travelled with an infant and we all fit in the room. The bed was so comfy even though it was soft, the bathroom was very functional and it had a shelving underneath the sink for your essentials. We appreciated the drawer to put your clothes in and the clothes rack to hang coats. The room also had 2 big windows overlooking the Main Street which is no nice to have in Tokyo (where some hotels don’t have windows). We got to enjoy the morning sun and it made the room extra cosy. The staff are so nice and friendly, always have a smile whenever you walk past the reception. I love this hotel and I will be back here hopefully soon! Thank you!

Although the room was small it was just big enough for a solo traveler (at least the choice that I chose). The receptionist was very helpful with finding an address for an anime store and suggested other anime shops as well. Please don ‘t expect the receptionists to speak fluent English, however, we communicate without a hitch. As a tourist , I learn a few of the native words and that goes a long way. I appreciate the staff there for making my stay pleasurable. Also, great vegan ramen shop just a 10 mins walk and the train station is about 5 mins away. There are so many restaurant options. In addition, there is a laundromat that is open 24 hrs which is about a 15 mins walk from the hotel. Make sure you have small bills. Basically, the location is perfect as it is not far from Tokyo and other attractions. I would stay here again when I do come back in a couple of years.

Although the room wasn’t huge, it was well laid out, with a big shower, a sofa, a hanging rail for clothes and a small table. The shower was equipped with both a waterfall head and a “normal” shower head, which had great pressure. The bed was also extremely comfortable and you got two different types of pillow each. The staff were all lovely and very helpful, plus the location was excellent and made it very easy to get around Tokyo. The hotel itself was very clean and quiet, and had a convenient 7-Eleven just across the road. A nice bonus was the free coffee in the reception with the choice between a light and a dark roast.

This hotel is located in Akasaka, next to the Akasaka-Mitsuke station (2 min walking) which makes it a very good location to explore the city. Check-in and check out were smooth. The staff was friendly and made good recommendations. The breakfast options are a bit limited but they are tasty. The staff of the cafeteria are extremely nice and accomodating. The room itself is a decent size (for Tokyo standards) but it was comfortable and had everything you could need. Some furniture and decorations were a bit worn out but nothing dramatic. Would probably go again if i visited Tokyo in the future.

I loved the location, it's near two Metro stations that can get you around tokyo. There are also many shops & restaurants around the hotel. It has a local vibe compared to staying in popular areas like Shinjuku or Shibuya. I also sent out my luggage to the airport in advance so having to carry them wasn't a problem. I also loved the staff everyone was really nice and accommodating especially Masuda & Kuroki. The room I booked was perfect for a solo traveler like me and I loved the bed.
